Methods of Payment

Payment must be made through Paypal which also accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Paypal can be used without registering for an account.

Shipping charges

First Class shipping with delivery w/confirmation to U.S. $2.00, or Priority Mail is available for $4.50. USPS airmail letter post for International shipping, and it is $4.50.

Additional sets purchased at the same time add $1.00 per set for shipping.

Return Policy

I offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee! If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return them for a replacement or refund. I request that you email me within 7 days of receipt of the item. Refunds do not include return shipping costs. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent.

How My Beads Are Made

All of my beads are handmade by me Joyce O'Shea. I pride myself on quality and attention to detail. I use many types of glass: Effetre/Moretti, Lauscha, Vetrafond, Gaffer, Ask, Messy and Bullseye. My beads are immediately placed into the kiln for annealing, soaking and gradual overnight cooling for optimal durability. This insures the quality and lifetime of my beads.
